Kimmel International (KI), a Sidney Kimmel Entertainment company, was founded in 2005 as an international sales company for feature film projects. In 2009, Kimmel International forged an alliance with Sierra Pictures who is now handling all the sales, delivery and technical servicing for existing Kimmel International titles and will be handling future projects from Sidney Kimmel Entertainment.  Kimmel International & Sierra Pictures are headquartered in Los Angeles.

Sidney Kimmel Entertainment (SKE), Veteran producer Sidney Kimmel heads Sidney Kimmel Entertainment, the Los Angeles-based, wholly independent finance and production company focused on bringing high profile, quality entertainment projects to contemporary audiences in association with studio distribution partners. SKE has financed and produced, both independently and with studio partners, 30 features since the company was founded in 2004. Jim Tauber serves as President of Sidney Kimmel Entertainment.

The Company's upcoming releases are "Stand-Up Guys," directed by Fisher Stevens starring Al Pacino, Christopher Walken and Alan Arkin, produced in association with Lakeshore Entertainment for release by Lionsgate Entertainment; the Taylor Hackford directed 'Parker," starring Jennifer Lopez and Jason Statham, in association with Sierra/Affinity and Incentive Filmed Entertainment, to be released by Film District; and "The Place Beyond the Pines," directed by Derek Cianfrance starring Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper and Eva Mendes, a recent premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
